Coaching

Coaching can mean two different roles, leading a session or writing a program. Vigor has been providing both coaching roles for over 20 years as well as regular training and racing in all endurance sports and more recently tennis.

We write specific programs for people of all abilities for running, cycling, swimming, kayaking, tennis and multi-sport including triathlon.

About Liam

Liam has a sports science degree, has coaching qualifications for all the sports he coaches and is an experienced Naturopath and Remedial Massage Therapist.

Getting a program from Liam will give you every chance of reaching your potential.

Vigor also has qualified coaches assisting with leading the group exercise sessions. This is particularly good for when we split the groups in 2 or 3 to cater for all abilities.
