Group Sessions

The stretching classes are conducted in a friendly casual environment, all you need is some comfortable clothing and one hour to take your body back to the way it should be.

The class starts with some basic stretching and mobility work to warm up. It then leads into more complex, deeper stretches, sometimes using props, the wall or partners. It will cover specific problem muscles head to toe, leaving you taller and more relaxed.

Great results can be achieved by doing one stretching class a week. It’s a cost effective and enjoyable way to look after yourself in the short term as well as long term if done regularly. Regular participation will also teach you how to stretch effectively yourself so you will have the knowledge of how to treat your own problems as soon as they arise.

No experience is necessary but in some cases a Private stretch session might be good to do before attending a group class.

Private Sessions

This session will focus on correct stretching technique, how long to hold particular stretches (this will vary) and correct sequence of stretches for best results. We can cater the sessions to the individual or group, for example; runners will want a different routine to kayakers. It’s important to learn the stretches and then revisit Liam for a follow up session when you need to progress to the next level or check your progress and technique.

It’s up to you if you just do a once off session, come occasionally or regularly. We can take private or small group one hour sessions; $100 for 1, $50 per person for 2 or more. Larger groups can be a set fee for the club or company depending on what we do.

If you would like to make a time or have any questions we are happy to help you get started.

Venue

We can arrange to meet anywhere that works for you, this can be at home, nearby park land or even over Zoom if we are too far apart.

Finding a time can be difficult but once you’ve made that 1 hour appointment you can start your stretching program, the key to improving flexibility, improving performance and reducing the risk of injury.
