The Vigor exercise studio is a great space for individual and group training. Our Personal Training sessions focus on functional strength and flexibility exercises directed towards getting started in your exercise campaign, injury rehabilitation and improving performance.
Personal Training is often the first step in getting into a sustainable exercise program, we then aim to progress the individual to our strength and stretch group exercise classes if the times suit or develop a coaching program for the client to follow once they have learnt the correct technique. Review sessions at regular intervals are encouraged to ensure the individual is progressing, for example we will prescribe more challenging exercises.
Our personal trainers have extensive stretching and strengthening experience and will be able to help you improve muscular imbalances, postural problems and prepare your body for activities of daily living as well sport specific activities such as running, cycling, kayaking and swimming.
